Stephen Newman joined the firm as a trainee
solicitor in 1984, becoming a partner in 1988. He is now the
firm’s senior partner and having worked in the firm’s company
and commercial department throughout his career, manages an
expanding workload of acquisitions, disposals, reconstructions
and joint ventures in the owner-managed sector.

Nick Metcalfe, joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2000
and became a partner in 2012 having worked in the firm's company
and commercial department throughout his career.

Gerald Jarvis retains an active role as a
consultant to the firm having been its senior partner and head
of company and commercial for many years until his retirement
in March 2003.
